From our initial consultation through completion of the project, they were very professional, easy to deal with and made the experience less stressful.   Lauren and Garett helped us every step of the way.  From designing plans to picking out appliances, cabinets, and counters, their ideas were invaluable.  Their tradespeople were highly skilled, friendly, considerate and ensured a high standard of work.

Rule of 3 was incredible with communication throughout the entirety of our project. We always had a good understanding of what was happening and what was scheduled to happen next. If there were delays, we were given a reason. If workers were supposed to show up but no longer could, we were alerted. In past projects with other companies, there were often days of nothingness -- no one showing up, nothing happening, no communication -- and that was hard! But with Rule of 3, I always felt like there was forward progress with our project... and if there wasn't, we knew why.
